Swan Hill Lager is the first Beer produced in Australia using Australian made Organic Malt. Brewed using only malt, hops, yeast and water, the Brewer avoids all preservatives, additives and filtration to ensure maximum flavours.

Barley is grown and malted by Glenbar Malting Swan Hill.

Located 50 kilometers northeast of Swan Hill, Glenbar Malting consists of a small 10 ton Malting plant supplying micro brewers throughout Australia.
